Services
Kenneth Ntaro IT Solutions provides IT support, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technical services to residential and commercial clients across the UK.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. Work will not commence without written confirmation of the agreed scope and price. Final invoices may vary from estimates where the agreed scope changes.
Payment
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from services provided is limited to the value of the contract in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
Workmanship Warranty
Eligible installation work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects in the installation itself. This does not cover hardware failure, third-party components, or damage caused by others.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
